Helped develop courses that followed sound instructional design techniques, assisting in identifying skills sets, performing task analysis and establishing class objectives. Collaborated with Instructional Designers to develop course material, including outlines, instructor’s guides, student manuals, lab exercises and handouts. Presented course material using audiovisual aids, classroom lectures, on-the-job training and printed handouts. Tested students’ progress by administering oral interviews, written examinations and performance tests. Created attendance, grades and training activities reports.
