Daily Duties at Ii Stanley:
Tier one supplier of Headlights and Taillights. Responsible for 5 production lines on 1st shift. Reorganized a top Toyota headlight line, results were highter production rate with less workers. Responsible for team building of production workers, productivity of machines, 5s of production lines and accurate counts of production and inventory. Quality of injection molding machines, very tight tolerances.
