Daily Duties at Cyltec L.L.C.:
Tier one supplier of Cylinder Heads. Responsible for all management functions on 2nd shift. Set-up, preventive maintenance and repairs on Makino CNC and LAMB Transfer Line machines and tooling crib for both lines. Set-up, preventive maintenance and repair on ABB Robots and Gantry System Robots (Durr). Familiar with many different types of hand gages and electronic / air gage stations. SPC. Blueprint reading. Reading the interpreting CMM reports and making machine or tool adjustments. Machine capability studies including 300 piece PPAP runs. Experienced with problem solving methods and corrective action including 8-D analysis. Familiar with QS 9000 and ISO 14001. Responsible for plant cleanliness and 5s organization. Creating build schedules to meet all customer needs.
