Daily Duties at Mid Texas Claims Service:
I was responsible for the handling of residential and commercial property claims, automobile appraisals, general liability, personal injury/bodily injury, mold, foundation, fire and catastrophe claims. I conducted on scene investigations, obtained and conducted recorded statements and interviewed witnesses, claimants, insureds and experts. I also hired engineers and experts on an as needed basis.
