Daily Duties at Workscape:

• Develop and implement staffing plan based on the fiscal needs of Workscape, Hiring Managers and Human Resources • Recruitment of Technical, Financial, Marketing, Communications and Administrative Staff • Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and reference verification • Design, implement and manage ousting vendor program • Negotiate and manage contract consulting resources • Arrange and represent Workscape at national job fairs an Open House Recruitment • Responsible for managing the employment activities of facilities in MA, CA and WI • Initiate and manage Summer Internship program • Support HR during reduction in force • Budget planning and forecasting • Immigration support
