Implemented national service delivery program Designed and execution of client issue resolution process Supervised remote team of service delivery coordinators assigned by time zone Responsible for increasing revenue by providing no cost “value add” services,including salary analysis and competitor analysis, ad-hoc reporting, contract updates, usage reporting, quarterly ROI, resource allocation and performance metrics Responsible for client performance metrics, client compliance audits and reporting Coordination of RFP process; proposals, pricing and generation Administration of external/internal client contract review Design, execution and administration of outside vendor partnerships Client specific program and project management Responsible for day to day operations of a $40M staffing company Recruitment of new staff, on-boarding and training of recruiters and sales staff Coordination of HR function relating to contract employees - including benefits administration, employee relations, immigration and orientation Responsible for internal staff metrics and performance management Review and re-engineering of HR process to improve service delivery to external/internal staff Managed development and implementation of Ceridian Self Service tool Managed development and implementation of Insurance Carrier Feeds Verification and quantification of data transfer Insurance benefit plan negotiation Benefit plan design Business Development and overall P/L responsibility for 2 $8M Branch Offices Develop and manage staff of 10 account managers and recruiters Recruitment of candidates for positions with leaders in the information technology industry Operational and administrative management of branch offices Budget planning and forecasting, sales compensation planning Business and operations integration responsibility of two dynamic organizations due to acquisition Development of pricing policies for RFP responses Develop and implement staffing plan based on the fiscal needs of Client/Employer, Hiring Managers and Human Resources Recruitment of Technical, Financial, Marketing, Communications and Administrative Staff Responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and reference verification Design, implement and manage ousting vendor program Negotiate and manage contract consulting resources Arrange and represent Client/Employer at national job fairs an Open House Recruitment Responsible for managing the employment activities of facilities nationally Initiate and manage Summer Internship program Support HR during reduction in force Budget planning and forecasting Immigration support
