Prepared landscape design drawings for Phase III of the Lakeland In-Town By-Pass highway project. Prepared landscape and irrigation plans for large and small scale residential and commercial projects. Developed cost estimates, reviewed budgets, and handles billing procedures. Performed site inspections and coordinated with contractors on project deadlines. Completed technical reports and redevelopment cost estimates for FDOT eminent domain projects.
