Daily Duties at Td Bank:

Responsible for developing the landscape design standards for the Bank which included the use of native plantings to comply with local and state regulations. Inspected landscape and hardscape installations of all prototype Banks and corporate offices for quality control. Performed value engineering services to assure the most economical methods of construction and materials were utilized to achieve cost efficiency. Reviewed all site, landscape, lighting, and irrigation design packages from outside consulting firms. Completed site analysis, landscape design work, and inspections for renovation projects identified in the Mid-Atlantic region. Communicated with a wide variety of people on many organizational levels, both verbally and through written communication. Traveled extensively throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region and Florida.
