Supervised 34-person team in redeveloping, re-engineering and managing a new technology warehouse for the entire Commonwealth. Developed systems, processes and protocol to ensure optimal functionality wile maintaining data security. Worked with multiple departments and state agencies to resolve competing needs. Implemented programs that allowed departments to view only approved data. Provided training on new technologies to all affected departments and state agencies. Provided monthly progress reports to executive-level personnel on progress and challenges.
