Daily Duties at Ascend Consulting:
Directed all aspects of key business process improvement, system implementation, outsourcing and report automation projects for key clients. Laised with clients, vendors, IT developers and other stakeholders to identify best strategies and coordinate implementation. Evaluated existing processes for streamlining and cost reduction opportunities. Created customized sulutions for system implementation and conversion. Developed project scope, managed financial and human resources, and controlled schedule.
