Laised with clients, vendors, IT developers and other stakeholders to identify best strategies and coordinate implementation. Evaluated existing processes for streamlining and cost reduction opportunities. Created customized sulutions for system implementation and conversion. Developed project scope, managed financial and human resources, and controlled schedule.
