Daily Duties at St Mary's Health Center:
Admit and monitor fresh post cardiac catherization clients. Femoral sheath removal and care as warranted. Prepare clients for surgery and educate on surgical procedures and post op care and wellness. Assess telemetry and discuss with physicians. Monitor cardiac drips such as: Dopamine, dobutamine, nipride, reapro, heparin, Diltizem and monitor insulin drips as well. Oversee a 41 bed fast paced cardiac unit and staff.
