Daily Duties at Comfort Inn:
Assist customers with making new reservations, checking in and departures. Input and update customer data while making reservations, checking guests in/out. Operating the properties switch board. Responsible for Cash handling, balancing credit/cash, posting room and tax. Prepared a variety of recurring and statistical quarterly reports, e.g. daily status reports, and weekly/monthly reports.
