Responsible for providing administrative support to the staff and customers of the HR Personnel Office in the areas of files maintenance and other clerical and administrative activities. Responsible for maintaining schedule/appointment calendar for staff. Provided receptionist duties which included receiving telephone calls, greeting, and referring visitors.
