Daily Duties at Hampton Inn North:
: Directly supervise guest service staff of 24 employees daily. Assist with the ordering of breakfast items, amenities and cleaning supplies for the property. Input customer data while making reservations, checking guests in/out, group sales and A/R accounts. Prepared a variety of recurring and statistical quarterly reports, e.g. daily status reports, and weekly/monthly profit and loss reports. Coordinate and assist with Monthly training of all staff. Responsible for managing the property when the General Manager is not available. Attended and completed various hospitality management courses with the Columbus Technical College in High Performance Leadership course, Safe Serv and customer service.
