Daily Duties at Nike Inc.:

Manage the development process for assigned styles from prototype to production.  Successfully developed 30-35 seasonal apparel styles meeting design and merchandiser product intent by creating detailed documentation and strong communication with internal and external factory partners.  Saved an estimated $100k annually by established a new blank tee style that improved quality and fit.  Ensured material and trims items met highest of acceptable set standards including performance “Fit” fabrics, sustainable fabrics such as bamboo, organic cotton and recyclable polyester.  Embellishment resource expert. Screen printing, embroidery and appliqué, burn out, discharge, wash options, dip dye.  Mentored other developers in process’ and graphic excellence.
