Daily Duties at American Realty & Finance:
Perform all phases of listing/selling residential property including excellent customer service. Daily management of professional real estate and broker's office. Established a strong record of sales achievements with this dual service realty and mortgage lending company. Execute creative sales and marketing strategies to establish/grow a client base, secure listings, and close sales. Build relationships with clients and provide direction and support through all phases of the selling/buying/leasing process, including showing properties, negotiating contracts, coordinating financing, and closing deals. Continuously follow-up with clients to strengthen relationships, secure loyalty, and generate referrals. Built a strong reputation of integrity that has led to numerous referrals through "word of mouth" advertising. Maintained strong sales numbers throughout real estate career (despite recent market decline), including 5 transactions through July 2009 with $1.47M in gross real estate sales volume; 7 in 2008 with $2.57M in volume; 3 in 2007 with $1.07M in volume; 4 in 2006 with $1.03M in volume; and 19 in 2005 with $10.65M in volume. Implemented a unique sales and marketing campaign for a slow-moving property (due to difficult market conditions) that involved hosting 11 open houses and networking with contacts; efforts resulted in selling the property and converting three leads into viable sales for other properties. Grew number of 2008 transaction contracts by 25% through a new marketing and lead generation campaign. Attended two major industry conventions in 2009 that significantly expanded the contact base with industry professionals and resulted in a 10% increase in completed transactions through indirect selling by referrals.
