Served as instructional leader of a parochial school. Supervised 27 employees. Scheduled work hours. Resolved conflicts. Determined salaries. Drafted contracts. Directed and coordinated educational, administrative, and counseling activities. Requisitioned and allocated supplies, equipment, and instructional materials as needed. Directed preparation of class schedules, cumulative records, and attendance reports. Evaluated various behavior programs and, through the use of small learning communities, developed a behavioral program for this particular educational setting Evaluated and developed educational programs in alignment with state and school-board standards Participated as a team-member on six non-public school accreditation visits (Three times as chairperson, responsible for final report.) Served as team-member on three Kentucky, non-public-school-accreditation self-studies Played instrumental role in increasing half-day Kindergarten to full-day Instrumental in establishing Montessori program for Preschool Responsible for coordination of school/parish liturgies Established and facilitated relationships with community organizations and other schools to coordinate educational services Coordinated Title I, II, and IV programs from LEA school representing three other districts Developed school-wide safety/emergency plan in coordination with local public school districts Wrote and was awarded several Ashland Education Foundation Grants to promote the Humanities
