Selected for two year committment to KDE Coordinated school system administration activities in accordance with board-of-education standards. Mapped curriculum. Managed examination, appointment, training, and promotion of teaching personnel in" Four Blocks" reading grant. Coordinated school-system activities with related activities of other school districts and Kentucky Department of Education. Trained and managed level-3 schools' faculty and staff (based upon poor test scores), and significantly improved productivity of said faculty and staff Formulated plans and policies for educational-program-creating amendment Trained administrators and teaching-staff in adapting new learning strategies Trainer for Kentucky Leadership Academy Participated as an integral member of Ky. Scholastic Audit Team Directed state mandated school-wide assessment As a member of a 60 person statewide cadre, trained in research based learning strategies and other areas of instructional leadership to assist assigned schools.
