Responsible for the execution of a construction project.Responsible for development of the project schedule and updating on a monthly basic. Do all buy-outs of material and equipment at the beginning of project. Prepare contracts send out to qualified bidders. when bids are received evaluate and award to the qualified contractor. Prepare projected final cost projection monthly for review. Conduct weekly construction progress meeting.
