Daily Duties at Tessera:
• Managed operations and coordinated event campaign strategies for tradeshows, conferences, seminars, and partner events including oversight of global logistics in US, Asia, and Europe. • Raised brand awareness by developing campaigns and planning strategy for all corporate events. • Cultivated lucrative relationships with vendors and maintained leverage for negotiations. • Improved information system by developing internal corporate communication for stakeholders and database for customers. • Increased reach by creating and implementing event selection process that included evaluation of potential events and design of appropriate tradeshow exhibits. • Planned, established, and tracked all budgets; handled negotiations with vendors and service providers; and analyzed ROI. • Coordinated event registration, updated websites, arranged travel, and maintained schedule. • Ensured smooth operations by supervising all on-site services, labor, and vendors. • Oversaw marketing including development of promotions, public relations, graphics, collateral, leads and giveaways.
