Led financial planning team and development of sound financial analysis to support key business decisions. Produced annual budgets of approximately $4B for the network operations organization, consisting of over 48 products within 4 market segments. Interfaced with internal departments in business market groups, product teams, operations, and accounting. Focused on process improvement and partnership with business owners. Responsible for consolidating and interpreting results across multiple business units, identifying and highlighting key drivers, trends and focus areas for management. Reported product level monthly actuals to finance, product, and operation teams. Provided monthly and quarterly presentations to senior management. Performed pro forma, cash flow and ad hoc analyses.
