Low-Power Analog Integrated Circuits for Noise Cancellation Microphone: Designed and verified low-noise amplifiers, low-offset comparators, and low-power Gm-C filters for analog noise cancellation chips using Spectre and AMS. Designed and verified rectifiers, integrators, and comparators in analog-to-digital converters used for proposed automatic dual-microphone calibration architecture using Spectre and AMS; tested and characterized chips using LabVIEW. Disclosed a low-noise reference generation circuit with fast start-up. Disclosed architecture and circuit implementation of energy extraction and comparison. Disclosed architecture and an algorithm for automatic microphone mismatch calibration.
