Was responsible for the analysis and documentation of Benefits Delivery Network (BDN) functionality for the purpose of porting to Micro Focus COBOL / Oracle platform with web presentation layer. BDN provides the means for claim establishment and processing, award processing, and payment history inquiries at the Veterans Benefits Administration. Was responsible for development of comprehensive strategy for validation of all aspects of the system migrated to the new platform including criteria of test data selection and capture, high confidence approach to verification of online and batch processing, reporting and correspondence
