Daily Duties at Fit Systems:

Was responsible for the analysis of all business lines at the Veterans Benefits Administration for integration of new functional components of the Paperless Initiative into existing system. The concept of the Paperless Initiative is to employ web portal technology, imaging, enterprise content management system, workflow management system, business rules engine, and correspondence management system to support veteran-focused end-to-end benefits delivery. Was responsible for analysis of implementation alternatives and providing recommendations for business processing transformation and platform modernization that would provide increased productivity and maintenance benefits Contributed to definition of technical data packages used by the customer to phase in the Paperless Initiative in the non-disruptive, efficient and manageable manner
