Daily Duties at Brunel Energy Inc:
Client Representative has the ability to interact and discuss policies and current market rates as well as the enforcement of all Global changes and submission of all paper work for offshore and onshore placements of contractors. Visa processing as well as relocation costs, monthly and Quarterly reports of company’s head count, hires, re-hires and terminations and Data Base Controls Management for contractor’s confidential information. Interact with general contractors to negotiate renewals, new hires and close of contracts. Responsibilities include interview and client onsite visits, follow ups. Client Representative for USA, Chad, Angola, Nigeria, Australia, Italy, UK, Russia, Spain, The Netherlands, PNG, EQG, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia and Brazil populations. Build customer relations with employees and contractors of all corporate levels. • Document in a DB personal and assignment information for all general contractors • Log in all new, old and expired Work Orders, Service Agreements containing assignment details • Subcontracting Negotiations – negotiating rates, wages, company costs and client relations • Service Agreements – approve that all guidelines, policies and costs all comply with companies regulations • Work Orders – review and approve that information contained sent by client matches agreement between client/customer and handle to HR for data entry into payroll system • Produce and assist Work Orders per clients needs • Tax country analysis – study and negotiate tax impact for all contractors going overseas, third country nationals, inpatriates, expatriates • Send a spreadsheet analysis report to clients of salary rates and proposals with exchange rate impact of host country –vs- home country tax implications • Produce a monthly exchange rate report for 32 countries with local and foreign currencies fluctuations and record into system for companies use when needed • Recruiter for annuitants of all levels from mail room employees to VP’s • Analyze, report, record and apply all global/government policies that affect a global assignment • Mediator between Client and Consultant
