Daily Duties at Plant Essentials, Inc:
Assure that corporate merchandising standard and met to the highest degree. We set and maintain the garden centers for a chain of big-box home improvement stores. This includes unloading new mechandise and setting according to a corporate-approved plan-o-gram, assuring that the garden centers are kept clean and organized, proper signage is posted for product, removing (culling) sub-prime product from the sales floor, and provided merchandising assist to store personnel. In addition, I oversee the merchandising activities of employees at four seperate retail locations.
