Telnet, Inc. – Rockville, MD 2005 Project management and RF engineering Telecommunications Company. Senior Operations Leader Deployed and developed installation teams for the Nextel re-banding effort along the East coast. Utilized online project management tools to schedule and organize up to 25 teams into three distinct markets: New York, Boston, and Washington, DC. Managed three project managers, three project coordinators, and installation technicians. Revitalized a struggling market within four months, regaining market share from competitors. • Implemented a daily client call to address outstanding issues, gaining trust from the client. Created a new project tracking system, distributed daily reflecting clients site status. Focused installation teams on quality installation and accurate reporting. Overall quality increased while installation team turnover declined. • Improved online project management tools, decreasing project timelines. Implemented traceability and transparency within individual projects. • Projects involved over 1000 sites and $1.0M in revenue
