Daily Duties at First Class Mortgage:
• Forecasted mortgage revenues on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. • Processed mortgage loans (Conventional, FHA, VA); utilized DU and LP for automated underwriting of loans. • Evaluating debt ratio’s, loan-to-value, renegotiating loan terms; reviewing documents for accuracy and lending compliance standards. • Facilitated customer and small business relationships and ensured they were maintained. • Coached, cross-trained with other employees. • Responsible for customer communication throughout the loan process. • Assisted customers with the utmost personal attention, to ensure that all aspects of their mortgage are professionally and complementally executed. • Assisted with budgeting, ordering of appraisals, and managing the financial aspects of construction loans. • Developed, implemented, and managed detailed business plans. • Established goals for the following; branch profitability, branch sales, and customer growth. • Branch closed in May of 2008.
