Assure the quality of >2000 parts from >200 Global suppliers,plant problem resolution (automation, processes, material and work flow), new vehicle launches, and error proofing. Receiving Inspection, product containment , validation and rework as required. Corrective action validation. ISO/TS 16949 compliance. Value stream mapping. Negotiations to recover costs due to non-conformance based on contractual responsibilities.
