Daily Duties at Us Government:
Serve as Logistics Management Specialist for a Project Management /Product Management organization, either assigned to perform logistics support activities for a non-complex system or assists, as a team member, for a larger vehicle program under the guidance of a senior specialist/team leader. Gathers and coordinates logistics support information required for the development and execution of the material fielding plans, fielding agreements, and other short range planning documents for assigned product/project. Participate in the development of all or part of the integrated logistics support plans which address all the principle elements of total life cycle planning for assigned product/program which includes maintenance plans, manpower and personnel, training and training devices, support and TMDE equipment, packaging, handling and transportation. Monitors assigned Logistics contractor performance under the terms of the contract.
