Siebel Healthcheck Program Manager • Led cross functional team to deliver this new offering to current Oracle customers. • Successful in selling the Health check package at a leading financial advisor based in San Diego. • Significant revenue impact to Oracle account. • Coached and mentored the Team to deliver the offering per the methodology defined. • Prior business and technical experience to deal with complicated accounts led to fruitful discussions with various parties of the offering like client, sales, architects to deliver the optimum roadmap to the client. • Resource planning done for program and projects led. CRM Methodology Team Member • Key contributor to define the Siebel implementation methodology steps from Envision to production support. • Enhanced the deliverables at each stage of the methodology with reviews and inputs based on experience and samples collected from the field Consultants of the organization. • Encompassed CRM on demand process and deliverables too. • Rolled out the final methodology with samples and training plus examination to 500 odd field consultants. Resulting in repeatable and consistent delivery throughout the CRM practice. • Was also named the champion of the methodology in the field. Oracle Retail Finance Implementation Shadow Project Manager Improved the status of the project from ‘Red’ to ‘Green’ per the internal project audit standards with changes like project plan updates, setting scope change process, defect root cause analysis, escalation process and laying down the testing strategy. Took charge of the third party integration with peripherals projects and brought about closure to the requirements gathering stage.
