Daily Duties at Clair Mail:

• Led concurrent multiple projects at various financial institutions in implementing and integrating the ClairMail product with the financial institution’s (FI) backend. Collaborated with external business team and internal team like product, solutions and testing team for successful implementation and rollout of the solution. • Experience included successful rollout for a local bank with basic alerts and transactions like low balance, transfers, bill payments and a custom feature of bank’s overdraft protection policy. A key feature for this project included implementing actionable alerts thru SMS and Mobile web banking (the bank customer can respond with a response to transfer money if account balance drops below threshold). Worked on the look and feel of client user interface for all projects. • Another strategic project was the FI alerts for a leading credit card firm in the nation. FI Alerts is a new Alert offering that will be made available to ClairMail partners and financial institutions. FI Alerts will be delivered using the existing ClairMail software via a real-time feed from the FI system. FI Alerts will leverage existing ClairMail implementations to deliver these FI alerts to registered phones and email addresses, while taking advantage of the preferences which the consumer has already set, such as DND (do not disturb) ranges, time zones, and language preferences. Project generated revenue of $850K. Led the project thru Kickoff, SoW discussions, Requirements transition from FI, Use Case development, Design discussions and implementation planning. Followed the Agile scrum methodology in product features delivery for past 3 months. Worked on requirements gathering and design implementation with respect to data security on any entity storing, processing or transmitting sensitive cardholder data. Ensured that that no entity data stored on ClairMail database, so we need not get a PCI DSS requirements (Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standards). • Each implementation involved planning the project from kickoff to delivery, interacting with various bank personnel at various levels for smooth integration of the product and installation and set up of new servers at the financial institutions. Team involved at financial institution included networking, security, audit, call center members, IT project managers, technical team and CIO’s. Each project team at ClairMail was an average of 4 team members and generally team size dependent on the custom features and timeline jointly agreed with the customer. • The statement of work for each project was owned by the project managers. Was reporting into the vice president of professional services. Technologies used here were Java web services on Linux environment. Resource planning, capacity and utilization tracked for the projects led. Environment – Linux, J2EE, Web Services, XML, Tomcat, Oracle, MS-SQL, ESB – IBM

What they like about Clair Mail:

You give high priority to hiring firms with prestige. Market reputation and prestige of a firm may be determined through on-line research, and conversations with individuals working in your target industry. Note that firms "in the public eye" receive a great deal more critical publicity and attention than those operating with more anonymity. So as you assess your employment opportunities, be sure to seek out the positive aspects of the firm's reputation in addition to noting negative publicity the company may have received.
