Made recommendations to either improve ATM site profitability or remove unprofitable units. Savings of approximately $10,000 annually. • Worked with purchasing office to negotiate with ATM vendors for ATM replacements and/or upgrades. • Managed internal and external courier operations for 6 years. • Supervised check processing, sorter, and cash letter processing for 2 years. • Performed basic managerial duties for 8-10 employees.
