Acting as office manager, assisted area operations manager with day to day functions. Served as liaison between manager and 23 engineers and other management personnel. Documented schedules (time, vacation, etc.), workflow, and customer contacts for 23 managers and 33 wire centers. Distributed supplies, and time scheduled as required to support smooth daily business operations. • Tracked, analyzed and distributed $12.5M annual budget; saved $25.5M in 5 years. • Increased productivity and customer satisfaction by creating business plan showing ROI for providing cell phones to 40 engineers, of whom only 3 originally had mobile communications.
