• Managed the ATM/Cardbase operations area. Staff ranged from 1-4 people. • Directed the conversion of 35 ATM’s from Pulse network to Metavante network. • Centralized ATM and Cardbase related maintenance functions from 41 branch offices to corporate headquarters. • Convinced independent branch offices to adopt standard operating procedures for both ATM and cardbase functions. • Negotiated centralized vendor contracts for ATM maintenance agreements. • Key player in two bank deconversions, one charter collapse, and final systems and cardbase operations conversion from MMBC to Harris Bank N.A. • Assisted financial department personnel in resolving settlement differences as related to ATM network settlement and adjustments. • Implemented procedures to prevent unnecessary adjustment and chargeback losses relating to ATM network adjustments and cardholder REG E claims. • Directed major bank card reissue and card redesign. • Key player in proposed prepaid debit card rollout and implementation.
