Responsible for developing, launching and marketing two global voice products to BT, MCI and then AT&T. Set product strategy, created value propositions and determined positioning based on industry and customer research. -Launched VoIP service in the US and Europe with a $40k marketing budget and total 2 year spend of $120k. -Created new web-stie, collateral, video and sales tools to stimulate sales. -Trained over 1,000 salespeople. -Streamlined a stagnating voice product to increase sales and profitablity, generating over $5 million in new revenue.
