Daily Duties at Medicalodges, Inc.:
Provided IT support for healthcare company with 39 nursing and assisted living centers and over 2,500 employees. Responsible for data entry of assets, new employee information, and pay rate changes and accounting journal entries; printed payables and payroll checks; provided first-level technical phone support by assigning problem tickets to employees based on their qualifications; performed basic end-user trouble-shooting and problem resolution; changed out back-up tapes on AS400 and Oracle systems.
