Daily Duties at Geotechnical Services.:
Owner’s representative for PG County. Supervising contractor’s performance. Preparing daily construction work reports and deficiency. Structural concrete inspection and piles (pressure injected footing PIF, steel piles Frankie piles). Steel, welding and post tensioning inspection Working knowledge of materials and methods and interpretation of soils analysis, footings bearing values, compaction and density tests. Preparing final punch list items. Overseeing contractor‘s safety performance. Make sure all materials are placed in accordance with job specification. Review of plans and shop drawings and report of any discrepancies. Maintaining RFI and shop drawing logs
