Daily Duties at Geotechnical Services.:

 Owner’s representative for PG County.  Supervising contractor’s performance.  Preparing daily construction work reports and deficiency.  Structural concrete inspection and piles (pressure injected footing PIF, steel piles Frankie piles). Steel, welding and post tensioning inspection  Working knowledge of materials and methods and interpretation of soils analysis, footings bearing values, compaction and density tests.  Preparing final punch list items.  Overseeing contractor‘s safety performance.  Make sure all materials are placed in accordance with job specification.  Review of plans and shop drawings and report of any discrepancies.  Maintaining RFI and shop drawing logs
