Responsible for execution of the construction project. Prepare a project schedule and update it each month. Imput the project estimate in the cost report. Prepare contracts and send out to pre-qualified bidders. Do all buy-outs of materials & equipment at the beginning of the project. Obtain all building permits. Prepare project final cost projections monthly for review. Assist Superintendent in providing Engineering assistance. Conduct weekly construction progress meetings.
