Daily Duties at Sara Lee Corporation:
Support the North America Retail, Foodservice and Supply Chain functions in compensation related matters and manage a variety of corporate-wide bonus programs such as the annual incentive plan, the meats incentive plan and retention bonus programs. Conduct job evaluations to determine the worth of jobs by gathering external salary survey data, analyzing internal reference points and recommending appropriate salary grades. Partner with human resources on compensation projects and issues, including organization design and restructurings. Administer executive and deferred compensation programs.
