Manage onsite client projects including: Merrill Lynch Commodities, Houston, TX Implement Metrics tools for tracking production support incidents and service requests for all systems supporting commodities trading worldwide. Core was implementing selected packages for ticket tracking and developing metrics and reporting from the data collected. Included design, implementation, training and leading weekly resiliency meetings to assess production state. Additionally coordinate integration with BAC of Application Support metrics reporting, Identity and Access Management as well as application inventory generation and conversion. Citigroup Global Markets, Houston TX Establish a Center of Excellence (COE) for support of OpenLink Endure platform at Sapient’s Bangalore offices and transition production support functions to that team. Initial transition to run and manage the global Endur End of Day (EoD) processes regardless of instance. Support, manage and enhance all outbound feeds as well as Endur functionality called during EoD processing. Initial 16 man team included COE staff and local support staff in US and UK. Shell Trading Co, Houston TX Rebuilt and refocused settlements and accounting team in order to deliver specifications and requirements as part of the worldwide implementation of Endur. Reworked 30-person split location team organization, developed internal delivery plan in support of the program plan. Track was only project in program to deliver 100% of scoped material on time despite little progress in the first third of the trauche. Transitioned team to an internal resource to continue delivery according to plan.
