Daily Duties at Solvay Pharmaceuticals:
•Deliver and facilitate high impact selling, science and product related training to the sales team for Trilipix®, Simcor® and AndroGel® •Execute Training and Development activities for Solvay marketing teams to the sales force through Plan of Action meetings and new hire training classes •Coach sales representatives selling skills, scientific savvy, business acumen and territory management for success in current and future roles aligned with organizational vision •Manage multiple projects related to individual and group efforts with successful results •Demonstrate excellent communication skills through working with cross-departmental areas and leading national teleconferences with the sales teams •Evaluate sales representative performance in areas of selling skills, knowledge and leadership and recommend action plans •Create and implement workshops for new hire training as the Selling Skills Coordinator •Design pre-training and class agendas, coordinate curriculum and implement the training plan as the Foundation Coordinator •Trainer Certified through SPBT and AcceleraRomar
