Daily Duties at Active Voice Llc:
Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production or processing of goods. Full responsibility for inbound and outbound shipments. Respond to phone calls, emails and solve problems related to incorrect addresses, missing parcels, tracking number requests, and other multiple shipping requests. Maintain correspondence with supplier representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and nonconformance to specifications.
