Daily Duties at Quiznos:

Job responsibilities included franchise sales, site selection, negotiate and hire contractors, oversee construction. Store openings to include placing and receiving equipment and food orders, dealing with vendors, setting up store for opening to include all equipment, food, art, point of purchase materials and displays. Crew hiring. Training of crew in teamwork, customer service, proper food handling and recipes. 10-14 day in store support at opening. Training owners and managers in daily paperwork, ordering, receiving, inventory, scheduling, best business practices, local store marketing, cost controls/troubleshooting. Ongoing store support after opening. Performing quality assurance/compliance reports and coaching on opportunities for improvement. Held quarterly regional meetings for franchise owners for new product rollout and training.
