Daily Duties at Waffle House:
Originally started as a Door Corp, quickly was promoted to pilot a new In-Field Human Resources Specialist role, then was recruited to establish and maintain this program with a Franchise in need of direction. Key Results: Trained a territory of 62 management employees on interviewing techniques and best practices, conducting workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions that contributed to sound hourly associate hiring decisions. While with Corporate, played a key role with developing the foundation of the Human Resources Specialist Program and provided constant feedback on improvement of procedures. Requested by Franchise Liaison to integrate and establish the Human Resources Specialist Program at SouthEast Waffles, LLC. Territory increased from 12 locations to a hefty 64. Developed the training protocol for Point-of Sale System; implemented one-on-one training seminars and coached 75+ Certified Trainers on distribution of computer system and start-up procedures. Created Daily Sales Promotions which impacted Hourly Associate’s overall paycheck and resulted in higher compensation.
