Daily Duties at Ingram Micro:
Started in December 1995 as an Account Manager for Intelligence Electronics. Company was purchased in 1996 by Ingram Micro where I was given a promotion to Enterprise Development Manager and relocated to their home office in Orange County, CA. Responsible for high revenue client and unique and complex computer configuration for all purchased hardware and software. Gave tours of state-of-the-art warehouse in Memphis, TN. Presented to clients sales force, act as First Level trouble shooter along with inside sales rep to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
