Recruited for critical turnaround situation at struggling FUJIFILM subsidiary. Senior HR role leading Labor Relations and Human Resources. Key areas: management training, recruiting, workforce development, contract and all union negotiations. ● Significantly reduced grievances over 80%; plus achieved 0% arbitrations over five year period. ● Developed extensive on-going training for managers & supervisors on labor law and unionized environments. ● Instituted successful AAP compliance program achieving 100% acceptance by on-site federal audit.(OFCCP) ● Developed strategy and led critical negotiations for new Teamster’s contracts in 2000 and 2003 achieving key goals.
