Functioned as Project Manager for the following projects in the company: For new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system in 2006, For installing UPS Roadnet for delivery vehicle routing for the company, For setting up Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to suppliers for purchase orders and confirmations as well as monthly reporting to our buying group, For setting up outside sales software for street representatives to place orders on laptops. Spearheaded a buying team and consistently attained purchasing goals quarterly including negotiating prices and setting up marketing plans
