Daily Duties at Pitney Bowes:
Supervise 30 professionals for inbound telemarketing, outbound sales and order processing. Hire and train the representatives. Manage a budget of $2.2 million. Develop the function of Telebusiness Representative to cover the diversified nature of the Lead Generation operations. Create a multifunctional Group Leader position to oversee various outbound surveys and programs. Implement use of “On The Job” trainers to perform day-to-day training on new programs for Direct Marketing. Streamline racking of all Lead Generation activities for smoother and faster reporting. Develop and deliver training packages for direct marketing to Telemarketers.
