Daily Duties at Health Net:
Monitoring and reporting performance and capacity issues to all levels of management Collecting and analyzing call center data for appropriate call routing requirements and employee staffing Making recommendations to management to maximize efficiency and employee productivity. Setting up and maintaining three Call Center databases. Interfacing with IT and other phone system staff to address issues and call center hardware problems as needed. Creating and recording appropriate announcements for Call Center programs. Planning and participating in System recovery procedures. Participating with IT department to develope, teste and maintaine disaster recovery procedures for the call centers. Ensuring all documentation of system issues, policies and procedures were current and accurate. Managed Switchboard staffing Maintaining call routing and announcements on the Switchboard front end Octel system
